WKDY Studio 2025 Mallorca Travel Guide

This is the 2025 edition of the WKDY Studio Travel Guide to Mallorca. The first 200 pages cover everything Palma, and the second half will help you discover the rest of Mallorca. For this second edition, there are over 160 images. All together, images make up a third of this guidebook, and are truly one of the best ways to inspire you to decide on where you might like to visit on the island.

The cost of colour printing is why this book is priced a bit higher than some other options. I hope that you can think of it as a small investment into valuable information that will take you through many seasons in Mallorca. When considering this guide, please keep in mind how much your personal time is worth, and that this guide is likely to be the equivalent of one or two hours of your time. I promise that it will save you days and even weeks of research.

Think of this 400-page travel guide to be like your personal concierge while exploring as much as you wish to in Mallorca. In a place where there can be a somewhat overwhelming amount of choice, allow me to be of help.

In addition to having lived in Palma and personally being able to recommend to you the places that left me with the best impressions across the island, my love of the culture and lifestyle here continues to keep me connected and excited about Mallorca. All of the destinations included within the WKDY Studio Travel Guide are either places I have personally visited myself, or are at the top of my lists of where I want to go for my upcoming island experiences.

What you will find inside:

  • Hotels to consider staying in, within Palma, organized into eight unique collections. Includes notes on architecture and design, room availability, location consideration and the unique features that inspired me to include them as part of this guide.

  • Dining and drinks recommendations with images, organized by cuisine type; with notes on what menu items to consider ordering, as well as restaurant setting, hours, interior design, and any other special qualities. Michelin Guide and Guía Repsol distinctions for 2025 are also mentioned; the Guía Repsol awards were held in March of 2025.

  • Historical site suggestions with images, which include a brief history, along with admission times and pricing. Additional destinations of interest across Mallorca are also included.

  • The best shops, including Images and notes, to pop into on your wanderings. My advice is meant to help you find unique treasures and souvenirs to bring home with you, those not found in your typical tourist shops.

  • Beach information and images, plus day trip itineraries to consider in Mallorca, including restaurant recommendations. I encourage you to take at least one or two day trips, Mallorca is pure magic, explore as much as you possibly can!

  • Farm-to-table dining and beach club recommendations

  • Overview maps for Palma and Mallorca

  • Tips on getting around the island: transit, car rentals, etc

  • Notes pages for you to jot down your impressions and memories

  • And a few extra notes that you might not find in other guide

My intent is to help fellow travelers to plan their time on the island with a bit more ease, and a little less pressure to feel the need to have to dive much deeper into travel research.

In sharing this guide, my intention is also to shine a spotlight on the incredible people of Mallorca, their entrepreneurial spirits, and the unique and memorable experiences they have created for us all.
